As noted in this press release, Purdue will be the custodian of all of this author’s books, research books, notes, documents, photographs, audio and videotapes of presentations and interviews, etc. for many years to come. This is an unexpected honor and represents my contributions to history which I hope will trigger further research based on body of work.
Commissioner Shea Complaint
On Friday, October 13, 2020, a complaint was filed with the Inspector General for the NYPD accusing NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea of Misconduct and Abuse of Authority based on his disturbing behavior while interacting with this author following our meeting in February of this year. In effect, the commissioner lied regarding his promise to permit communication with a detective in his department regarding the request that the Cold Case Squad investigate Dorothy Kilgallen’s death. It is hoped that the Inspector General will discipline Shea while directing the CCS to immediately launch a full of investigation of the revered reporter’s death. Read more...
