Shocking JFK Assassination Documents Exposed in
“Denial of Justice: Dorothy Kilgallen, Abuse of Power and the Most Compelling JFK Assassination Investigation in History”

To be published November 20, 2018, and written for those who read the bestselling “The Reporter Who Knew Too Much” and those who did not, “Denial of Justice” is certain to change the way the JFK assassination is perceived for years to come. This historically important book will expose secret government documents never published before pointing to proof of the diabolical plot to kill the 35th president of the United States.

Based on eyewitness accounts by the most credible witnesses in history, these documents blast the ludicrous “Oswald Alone” theory Dorothy Kilgallen assaulted in her newspaper columns shortly after JFK and Oswald were murdered. Doing so connects Kilgallen’s evidence to the documents based in part on the first column she wrote about Oswald’s assassin entitled “Ruby Stars at Last” which has been hidden from view for 50+ years.

"Denial of Justice" Packed with Fascinating New Images

“Denial of Justice” Excerpt

Focusing on Kilgallen’s last lover, shady newspaper reporter Ron Pataky, still alive today and the main suspect in her murder, “Denial of Justice” features more incriminating evidence that the infamous “mystery man” either killed Dorothy or knew who did. Based on information supplied by Pataky’s family members, the new evidence is summarized in this book excerpt:
In late 2017 and early 2018, new, important evidence emerged regarding Pataky’s life and times and his conduct directly relating to his relationship with Kilgallen and what he knew about her death since the sources were his own relatives. The first instance happened when southern California resident Ken Edwards learned of Kilgallen’s case when this author appeared twice on the highly popular Coast to Coast program with George Noory. Edwards knew John Downing, Ron Pataky’s first cousin and Edwards told this author he recalled Downing telling him the following:

Pataky told John his relationship with Dorothy was definitely sexual.

Pataky said Dorothy had given him an apartment house and a Thunderbird automobile. [Confirms other accounts proving Pataky financially unstable)

Pataky told John he was the last person to see Dorothy alive.
This explosive evidence in addition to other incriminating evidence supplied by Pataky’s family members and other reliable sources continues the quest to convince the NY DA’s office to thoroughly investigate Kilgallen’s murder. This author will never give up attempting to get Dorothy the justice she deserves.
